The Buying Process

Finding the perfect property for you is our primary goal.  We achieve this through a healthy working relationship between client and Realtor®.  During your preliminary interview, we create a relationship that helps us to understand your particular desires and needs.  With this information, we begin our expansive research to find properties that meet your criteria.  This process is an on-going daily pursuit that employs technology, field research, and networking within our industry.  We put you in the search equation via technology designed to minimize your time and effort, whether it be new listing alerts or virtual tours.  This initial interview streamlines the buying process and identifies your desired timing.

In preparation for your initial tour, your agent creates a personalized portfolio of properties.  This requires expansive and time consuming research.  This personalized approach will prove vital in the refinement of the search phase for your new property.

Our personalized approach continues until we find the right property for you.  For those clients who want to be in the forefront of the search process, we use automatic e-mail notification of new and reduced listings.  This technology allows both of us to watch for market changes and keep each other informed of important developments.

Escrows do not close themselves!  Our professional Realtors® work long hours in the daily tracking and monitoring as well as the organization and coordination of all of the integral parts of the transaction.  This includes everything from the initial inspections, appraisal, and to the numerous legal disclosures to the transfer of title.  Timing is critical to meet these deadlines.
